Joining Farrell’s has honestly been one of the best decisions I have made. Farrell’s Bettendorf has given me my confidence back. I am happy with the person looking back at me in the mirror, and most importantly this is exactly what I needed to get my metabolism back in check.

From Couch to Farrell’s Owner

I enrolled at Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping and decided to take nutrition seriously. Between nutrition, kickboxing and strength training, I had lost 46 pounds in the first 10 weeks of my program.* Good friends didn’t even recognize me. Coincidentally, I had the highest production of business earned in a quarter in 17 years as a financial planner.

For anyone that doesn’t know Farrell’s, it is a place where an average Joe of any size or shape can come and meet people that are exactly like them. We all walk in and leave our shoes and egos at the door. We are all there for similar reasons and it shows, no judgment. Common interests and camaraderie bring us together to make it through the kickboxing and strength training workouts. Sometimes you need the help and sometimes you give the help.

I'm a Farrell's FIT Member for LIfe!

When I started the Farrell's fitness program, I had just finished four months of intense training to run my first ever half marathon. After all of that, I felt like I was in pretty good shape, but couldn’t seem to lose the extra weight that kept hanging on. I didn’t feel like anything worked. I went into my 10-week session thinking I would give it my best and try and see what would happen. I instantly fell in love with Farrell’s.

If you think Farrell’s is “just another exercise class”, you have another thing coming! It also teaches you about nutrition and a healthier way of eating. Teaching you a way of eating that makes you feel like you are NOT on a diet, but rather a sustainable way of eating for the long haul. Not only are the workouts challenging and fun, but the people you meet are fantastic!

Farrell’s Bettendorf came into my life at the perfect time. I needed a change, and needed a change fast. I just had my daughter, eight months prior, in April. I had little to no energy . . . I ate whatever I wanted . . . and I just couldn’t seem to find the motivation I needed to workout. I used my daughter, sleep exhaustion, my husband’s work schedule, and every other thing as an excuse.
