Lori - I’ve been working out since 1992 with weights, running and biking. Some friends of mine participated in the Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping 10 week program and really enjoyed it. Since I was getting bored and burned out with what I had been doing for years, I decided to participate in the 10 week program in September of 2006. By participating, I saw results I had been working towards for years. Plus, the support and accountability you get in the program, made it that much more fun. I liked it so much I decided to join the maintenance program and started teaching bands. I love helping people reach their goals and seeing the change in their physic.
