The Farrell’s System Simply Works

As the pounds continued to fall off, I became more committed to Farrell’s. The gym was no longer just a gym. It had become my second family. Working out at Farrell’s was no longer work; I looked forward to attending each session. I started to interact with others in my class, who previously were just strangers to me. I got involved with some of the activities that Farrell’s hosts outside the gym.

Farrell’s Made Me Ready to Fight!

I never expected to be diagnosed with cancer at the age of 37. But that's what happened. I measure my diagnosis and early days of treatment by the weeks of my Farrell's session. I received my diagnosis on the Tuesday of week 6. I had a bilateral mastectomy on the Friday of week 7. By week 9 I felt great and was back at Farrell's exactly two weeks after my surgery. I will forever credit Farrell's as the main reason why I was able to recover from major surgery so quickly.

Feeling Half My Age at Farrell’s!

Farrell’s has changed my life in so many ways it’s difficult to narrow it down to just a few. I learned that it’s never too late to get in shape, to recapture that magic of youth. I started Farrell’s at 46 years old. I’m now 47 and in better shape than when I was 37, and I’m getting closer to being in the shape I was at 27.

I signed up for my first 10-weeks in October 2015 instead of going ahead with the gastric bypass surgery. I knew I was at the best place to get my entire life back, not just a piece of it. I truly cannot thank Farrell’s enough for helping me with my goal of becoming healthy again.
