We provide resources and information to fuel your body for peak performance on and off the mats. From carbohydrate and protein intake based on your body measurements, to simple meal plans, healthy eating is essential to your success.

Hit Your Level 10 at Farrell’s with MYZONE®!

We now offer the industry-leading MYZONE system at all of our gym locations. This technology provides real-time tracking of exercise effort on displays in our gyms and on your smartphone. Members can purchase the MZ-3 activity belt at their location and see their level of effort during class.

MYZONE, unlike wrist trackers, is 99.4% accurate and inclusive of all exercise activity – so you’ll get credit for all of those burpees, planks and sit-ups you’re doing in our classes – not just the steps you’re taking.

Based on MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs), members are able to see their effort during class ensuring they hit their level 10 and get the results they want. This system is also valuable to our instructors and coaches

Plus, MYZONE allows members to connect with other members and participate in fun MYZONE-specific challenges.





Our certified instructors are trained to keep you safe, motivated and working hard in each class to help you reach your Level 10. Instructors add variety and fun to class while encouraging you to strive for excellence.

Our coaches provide one-on-one support. They encourage, motivate, answer questions, and help guide you through the program.
