Forest Lake Member Wins $10,000 FXB National Challenge
Recognized as the 2025 National Challenge women’s winner, Megan Myers celebrated her victory on March 3rd with FXB founder Lance Farrell, her family, and the FXB Forest Lake community, receiving a $10,000 prize.
FXB National Challenge
Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping (FXB) is a results-driven fitness program that combines kickboxing, strength training, nutrition coaching, and accountability to help members create lasting lifestyle transformations. The FXB National Challenge is a year-long journey in which members commit ten weeks to improving their health, fitness, and overall well-being.
This year, Megan Myers of FXB Forest Lake was named the women’s National Challenge winner, standing out among participants nationwide for her transformation and dedication. Her achievement was celebrated on March 3 at the Forest Lake location, where she was joined by FXB founder Lance Farrell, her family, and members of the local FXB community to recognize her accomplishment.

Megan Myers is a member of Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping in Forest Lake who spent years struggling with her health and overall well-being. As a wife and mom, she often prioritized the needs of others over her own, eventually reaching a point where she knew it was time to make a meaningful change.
Her Journey
After a life-changing health scare in 2024, Megan made the decision to prioritize her health and joined Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping. What began as a difficult first step quickly became a turning point, as she embraced the structure, accountability, and support of the FXB community. Through consistent effort, early mornings, and unwavering commitment, she not only transformed physically but rebuilt her confidence and mindset along the way.
The Transformation
Over the course of the year, Megan experienced significant changes in every aspect of her life. She improved her health, increased her energy, and went from feeling limited in daily life to actively keeping up with her children and participating in activities she once never imagined possible. More importantly, she gained confidence, happiness, and a renewed sense of self; culminating in her being named the women’s National Challenge winner.
